Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting specific to the jewellery industry.
- Lead and manage the company's IPO journey, including preparation, compliance, and coordination with various stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and facilitate the listing process of the company.
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability within the jewellery sector.
- Manage audits, tax planning, and ensure the timely submission of financial statements.
- Liaise with investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparent communication and compliance.
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital, with a focus on the unique dynamics of the jewellery market.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a CFO, ideally with experience in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
- Strong understanding of the jewellery industry's financial dynamics, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and the nuances of global trade.
