For a premier global electronics organization, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer. This pivotal role requires a seasoned executive capable of managing high-volume financial operations while fostering a culture of innovation and uncompromising quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, finance, taxation, budgeting, Cash Flow and compliance.
- Budgeting and monitoring expenses to achieve profit, control AR, AP, banking, and cash flow, Monitor sales activities, and participate in price strategy to help in the achievement of sales.
- Building a strong accounting team, establish a cost accounting system to control inventory and gross margin
- Analysing overall business and finance data timely, propose strategies to top management for sustainable growth.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Manage relationships with investors, Merchant Bankers, VC's. lenders, and other stakeholders to secure funding for new projects.
- Provide strategic guidance on financing structures and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of GST Indian rules
- Maintaining the General Ledgers and supporting reconciliations and documents accordingly.
- Comply with accounting practice required by Indian standards.
- Supervising and providing the support to the Finance team ensuring that all daily accounting transactions are correctly and promptly posted on a timely basis and filed accordingly.
- Supervising of all Cash Books and reconciliation on a daily basis. Ensuring that all receipts and payments are promptly posted and updated accordingly.
- Implementation of Best Practices in Inventory Management and Linking Inventory with Cashflow
- Implementation of ERP within the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified CA with at least 15 to 17 years of experience in large electronics and manufacturing organisations with at least 3–5 Years Strategic leadership experience as General Finance/Head of Finance/VP of Finance/Finance Director with a direct seat at the leadership table.
- Strong background in Finance/ accounting with expertise in electronics or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and complex financial transactions.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights into actionable
- Exposure to M&A & Investor relations (V. C's, P.E) would be a plus.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to Manage Global Finance Organizations and Consolidation of Balance sheets across multiple related parties as part of a Conglomerate
