About the Company

A leading player in the HVAC sector, the company designs and manufactures advanced refrigeration compressors and systems for industrial applications. With 10 state-of-the-art plants serving domestic and global markets, it is entering a high-growth phase, preparing for private equity investment and a future IPO.

Role Overview

The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, driving the companys financial strategy during a transformative growth phase. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing large-scale finance operations, investor relations, and corporate governance, with experience in capital raising and IPO processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys growth and IPO roadmap.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and compliance functions.
• Lead financial due diligence and reporting for private equity investors.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure robust risk management and internal control systems.
• Provide strategic input on mergers, acquisitions, and capital structure.
• Prepare investor decks, pitch materials, and lead roadshows when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant, or CPA, .
• 15+ years of finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years as CFO or senior finance head.
• Proven track record in managing PE funding, IPO preparation, and investor relations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, compliance, and governance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
