Qualification: Commerce Graduate & Post Graduate

Reporting to: MD

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (General Shift)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Overview:

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for shaping the financial strategy of the company and driving long-term value creation. You will oversee the entire finance function, including accounts, taxation, treasury, costing, investor relations, and financial planning, ensuring robust governance and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and growth roadmap.
  • Partner with the MD and Board on strategic planning, business expansion, M&A, capital allocation, and risk management.
  • Drive business performance through data-backed financial insights and decision-making.

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Analysis

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Track financial KPIs and variances; implement corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
  • Provide strategic inputs on pricing, margin management, and cost optimization.

Accounting & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Ind AS and Companies Act.
  • Oversee statutory audits, internal controls, and regulatory filings.
  • Ensure full tax compliance (direct & indirect) and manage complex assessments or litigation.

Treasury & Fund Management

  • Manage banking relationships, working capital, loans, and treasury operations.
  • Optimize capital structure, debt management, and liquidity planning.
  • Oversee project finance, subsidies, and financial closures for new investments.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team across business units.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

  • Represent the company in front of financial institutions, investors, regulators, and auditors.
  • Prepare board-level reports, investor decks, and financial strategy presentations.
