Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision and Leadership: Formulate and implement the company's strategic plan to drive growth and enhance competitive positioning.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to high standards across manufacturing processes.
- Financial Management: Ensure sound financial practices and meet financial targets, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, oversee market expansion, and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Team and Culture Building: Foster a high-performance work culture by leading, mentoring, and developing the leadership team and staff.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the company adheres to industry regulations, environmental standards, and risk management practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, investors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 15+ years in the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a CEO or senior leadership role.
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, financial expertise, operational leadership, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing trends, supply chain management, and regulatory requirements in India and internationally.
