A large and reputed real estate group is looking a young, dynamic and high-energy CEO to lead its flagship on-river real estate development based out of Noida.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full P&L responsibility, stakeholder management, and accelerated growth mandates.

Key Responsibilities

Overall leadership and strategic direction of the real estate business

Managing large-scale residential and mix use developments

End-to-end P&L ownership

Strong relationship management with:

Landowners

Financial institutions

Government and regulatory authorities

Channel partners and key vendors

Driving sales, marketing, construction, and delivery timelines

Building and leading high-performing leadership teams

Representing the group at board, investor, and stakeholder levels

Candidate Profile

Preferably below 45 years

Experience: Senior leadership experience in large real estate organizations (North India exposure preferred)

Mindset: Highly energetic, hands-on, decisive, and execution-focused

Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects

Location Preference: Candidates currently based in or willing to operate from Delhi | Noida | Faridabad | Ghaziabad | NCR & nearby regions

Availability:

Immediate / short notice joiners strongly preferred

Comfortable with fast-track interviews and accelerated hiring process

Compensation

Salary: Up to 1 Crore CTC (best-in-class compensation for the right candidate)
