Job Purpose
Lead TLC DigiTech commercial businesses, drive forward the vision for the organization with Chairman & Directors, drive growth & desired profitability, provide strategic oversight to all the functions and lead ongoing transformation of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build TLC's growth strategy in alignment with the Chairman's vision
- Responsible for the performance of the commercial functions to ensure achievement of overall business targets
- Drive sales growth at optimal cost from established business lines with complete ownership over revenue and EBITDA margins
- Identify suitable growth opportunities; and oversee operational financial health, resource allocation, and risk management
- Ensure alignment and synergy across all functions for cohesive operations
- Equip the org to reach to changing markets, customers and technologies; and drive transformation programs
- Build a culture of continuous innovation to enhance efficiency through respective functional leaders
- Provide professional development support, ensure high productivity and engagement of the leadership team and act as a guide/mentor for their continual development
- Participate in critical hiring & employee development by mentoring leadership and continuous performance evaluation
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: MBA / BE / any other relevant discipline. Preference will be given to CA / Other professional degrees
- Experience: 15+ years of experience with a current multi geography leadership role in a luxury hospitality company with P&L responsibility. Additional expertise in technology and digital.
