Chief Executive Officer

Our client is establishing a greenfield manufacturing plant for copper foils used in semiconductor packaging/ PCB and are seeking a dynamic leader to drive plant operations, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, international sales, and business development. This role will bridge commercial strategy and technical execution, ensuring strong market entry and scalable growth. We are looking for professionals handling APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global sales, GTM strategy, and marketing initiatives for 18-micron copper foil products
• Identify, engage, and manage the right set of global clients who procure specialized copper foils for semiconductor packaging
• Drive end-to-end business development, from market mapping to deal closure
• Oversee and align plant operations and scale-up with market demand and customer requirements
• Build strong cross-functional collaboration across operations, engineering, and commercial teams
• Develop deep understanding of customer applications, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Establish relationships with ecosystem players, technology partners, and key stakeholders
• Enable technology adoption and integration, bridging business needs with technical capabilities
