We're Hiring: CEO – Pet Age Division (Companion Animal Products)

Location: Pune (Preferred) | Full-time | Leadership Role

Are you a young, dynamic leader with a passion for the booming pet care industry Do you have what it takes to lead India's largest manufacturer of companion animal products into the next era of online and global pet commerce Then join us at Pet Age, a newly launched division under our leading pharmaceutical and veterinary manufacturing group.

With over 200+ SKUs in companion animal health and wellness, we've built a robust B2B contract manufacturing legacy. Now, with an established international footprint and regulatory approvals in progress across the globe, we're ready to lead the D2C pet care revolution — and we need you to take charge!

As the CEO, you will:

• Lead the D2C & e-commerce launch of Pet Age's premium pet care products across India and global markets.
• Build and scale the online-first brand, working closely with digital marketing teams, sales heads, and product R&D.
• Spearhead global export strategy, leveraging existing manufacturing and regulatory base to enter high-potential markets.
• Oversee both domestic online/offline sales and international business development.
• Drive innovation in the pet wellness space through product development, partnerships, and digital tools.

• A strategic thinker with startup agility and strong leadership skills.
• Proven experience in D2C / FMCG / e-commerce (pet care or healthcare/wellness segment preferred).
• Ideally a veterinarian (B.V.Sc.), Pharma/Healthcare expert, or IIT/IIM/NIT graduate with business acumen.
• Passionate about animals and pet well-being — this is more than a business, it's a movement!
• Knowledge of regulatory pathways, especially for global exports, is a huge plus.
• Strong grasp of digital sales, omnichannel distribution, influencer marketing, and online brand building.
