Help Us Build the $1B Device Trust Infrastructure for Mobile Banking

Location: Remote / Mumbai

Employment Type: Co-Founder / Equity Partner  

Compensation: 10-15% Equity (Vesting: 1 years with 1-year cliff)  

Company Stage: Pre-Seed | Pilot-Ready Product | Patent-Pending Technology

The Opportunity

DIMEAI is building PayShield - the world's first cryptographic device trust infrastructure for mobile financial transactions. We're creating a new category in the $300B cybersecurity market.

What We've Built (Bootstrapped):

- Patent-pending architecture 

- Pilot-ready product protecting 102 fraud vectors

- $5-12M pre-money valuation

- Pilot discussions with 1 Neo banks (under NDA)

What We Need: A CEO who can sell, scale, and lead while our technical co-founder (CTO) builds.

 ¤ Ideal Candidate Profile

 Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)

 Banking & Financial Services (10+ years):

- Worked in banking operations, risk, compliance, or technology

- Understanding of fraud prevention, digital banking, payment systems

- Experience with RBI regulations, PCI-DSS, KYC/AML compliance

- Network of bank CXOs, CISOs, heads of fraud/risk (your contacts = our first customers)

Cybersecurity Domain (5+ years):

- Sold or implemented cybersecurity solutions to banks/fintechs

- Understanding of mobile security, fraud detection, or identity verification

- Familiarity with RASP, behavioral analytics, device fingerprinting

- Can articulate technical value to non-technical buyers

Business Development & Sales (7+ years):

- Enterprise B2B sales to banks, NBFCs, or large fintechs

- Closed deals worth â¹1+ crore annually

- Built and managed sales pipelines, POC processes, customer success

- Experience with long sales cycles (6-18 months typical in banking)

 Highly Desired (Strong Plus)

- ¸ Ex-banker who moved to fintech/cybersecurity

- ¸ Ex-CISO/Head of Fraud from major bank

- ¸ Sold SaaS/infrastructure to Indian PSU/private banks

- ¸ Startup experience (ideally Series A-B stage)

- ¸ Fundraising experience (raised VC/PE funding before)

- ¸ MBA from Tier-1 institution or equivalent
