Job Summary

The CEO Travel Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and strategically optimizing all travel-related activities for the CEO. The role requires a balance of operational excellence and strategic thinking to ensure seamless travel experiences aligned with business priorities, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Business Development and Partnership Management involves building relationships with hotel chains, airlines, and travel partners while negotiating deals and identifying strategic collaboration opportunities.

Travel Strategy and Planning involves developing and executing a comprehensive travel strategy aligned with business goals while optimizing schedules, routes, and costs and proactively planning travel calendars.

Executive Travel Management includes managing end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements while ensuring seamless itineraries and handling last-minute changes efficiently.

Stakeholder Coordination requires collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment between travel plans and business priorities.

Risk Management and Compliance involves managing visas, documentation, travel risks, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.

Budgeting and Cost Control includes managing budgets, tracking expenses, negotiating rates, and providing cost analysis and reports.

On-trip Support and Experience Management involves providing real-time travel support while ensuring a smooth and premium experience.
