Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager (B2B) located in Dubai at BAMS Cosmetics. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing B2B sales activities, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in B2B sales and developing sales strategies
  • 5-6 years of Experience into Skincare and cosmetics sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the skincare or cosmetics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
