About the Role

Aerione Bharat is seeking a visionary, execution-focused, and highly accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of India's fastest-growing Space Education and Aerospace Innovation organizations.

This is not a conventional CEO role. We are looking for a taskmaster, strategist, and nation-builder who can transform Aerione Bharat into a globally recognized Space EdTech, Aerospace Engineering, and Innovation powerhouse.

With strategic collaborations including PVR INOX and partnerships across government, academic, and industry ecosystems, the CEO will drive large-scale growth across our flagship initiatives such as:

• Astronomy Expo (India's largest immersive space education experience)

• Rocketry Programs and Aerospace Skill Development Initiatives

• Gennxt Smart Geometry Tool

• Aerospace Research & Engineering Ventures

• Commercial Aerospace and Deep-Tech Business Expansion

The ideal candidate must possess the vision to convert innovation into scalable commercial business models while maintaining Aerione Bharat's mission of inspiring and educating future generations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Define and execute Aerione Bharat's long-term growth and global expansion strategy.

2. Scale and lead a high-performance organization with 1,000+ employees across India.

3. Drive commercialization of innovations, products, and educational programs into sustainable businesses.

4. Lead revenue growth, profitability, and overall P&L performance across business verticals.

5. Build strategic partnerships with government agencies, industry leaders, investors, and academic institutions.

6. Oversee national initiatives including Astronomy Expo, Rocketry Programs, and Gennxt Smart Geometry Tool.

7. Recruit, mentor, and strengthen leadership teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

8. Represent Aerione Bharat at key national and international industry forums and engagements.

9. Comfortable travelling to domestic and international destinations, for company work.

10. Leverage technology and AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

11. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and ventures to accelerate organizational growth.

What We're Looking For

• Highly qualified and accomplished industry leader with significant executive or management leadership experience.

• Proven success in leading large-scale organizations, business transformations, startup scaling, or high-growth enterprises.

• Demonstrated capability to build and manage teams exceeding 1,000 employees across multiple locations.

• Strong experience handling complex business environments, market volatility, mergers, acquisitions, or strategic expansion initiatives.

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Deep understanding of aerospace, deep-tech, education, engineering, innovation ecosystems, or related industries.

• Commercial mindset with a strong ability to convert ideas, innovations, and technologies into profitable business models.

• Technology-savvy leader capable of utilizing AI and modern digital tools for strategic decision-making.

• Comfortable with extensive domestic and international travel.
