This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Chief Executive Officer / Director General at ISBR Business School. The responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, overseeing institutional performance, managing financial operations, amassing key industry partnerships, and driving innovation in educational programs. The role also entails guiding organizational growth by fostering a culture of excellence, formulating business strategies, and ensuring sustainable development in alignment with the institution's goals.

• Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and efficient operations.
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to craft and implement successful long-term strategies for institutional growth and development.
• In-depth experience in Sales and the ability to establish and maintain effective industry and corporate partnerships.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and foster a thriving organizational culture.
• Proven background in academia or education management is highly desirable.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
