Qualifications & Experience:
B. Tech Mechanical with at least 15 years of experience/Diploma in Mechanical with 20 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in management of large size skilled manpower including managers, Engineers, and technicians, with strong leadership and management qualities.
- Should have sound knowledge of Operation and maintenance practices of Engineering equipments of a continuous process industry.
- Experience of management & maintenance of large size utilities equipments like DG sets, Compressors, blowers, vacuum pump, Cooling towers, LT & HT electrical system, transformers etc.
- Project management & technological upgradation etc.
- Inventory planning and control.
- Knowledge of Glass plant emergency handling procedure and safety practices.
- Preferable from a container glass industry.
