Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of dietitians and nutrition professionals, ensuring effective teamwork and professional development.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the nutrition department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to dietetic staff, offering advice on complex clinical cases and nutrition-related concerns.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the nutrition team.
• Clinical Nutrition Services:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition care plans for patients in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure the delivery of individualized nutrition care and dietary counseling to patients based on their medical conditions, preferences, and cultural considerations.
• Oversee the development of patient nutrition education materials, ensuring they are evidence-based, accessible, and patient-centered.
