Hoora Technologies is looking for an experienced CBO/CRO to lead and scale revenue across Insurance, D2C, and B2C verticals. You will own the entire revenue strategyacquisition, retention, partnerships, and customer valuewhile building high-performing teams and driving market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute revenue strategy across all business segments
• Lead sales, marketing, distribution, and partnerships
• Drive growth targets, P&L, forecasting, and CAC-to-LTV optimization
• Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell initiatives
• Build strategic alliances with insurers, fintechs, and ecosystem partners

• 5+ years in senior business roles (Consumer Tech)
• Proven track record in scaling revenue & leading teams
• Strong GTM, growth, and distribution expertise
