Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Chief Baker. The Chief Baker will lead daily bakery operations, manage a team of bakers, and create a variety of baked goods such as pastries, bread, and cookies. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining inventory. The Chief Baker will also oversee the preparation of dough and manage the use of specialized baking techniques to produce creative and exceptional baked products.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
- Expertise in Food Preparation, including mixing, measuring, and baking
- Skill in creating a variety of baked goods such as Cookies and Bread
- Proven leadership abilities to manage a dynamic team of bakers
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Culinary degree or certification in Baking and Pastry is preferred
- Prior experience in a professional bakery or baking-related field is a plus
