Lead and manage the advisory division, delivering data-driven agricultural insights using satellite data, NDVI analysis, and weather-based models to support farmers and agri-stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NDVI & satellite-based research and analysis

• Develop crop & weather advisory solutions

• Manage, train, and guide the advisory team

• Collaborate with agri-tech and field teams for innovation

Requirements:

• M.Sc. (Agriculture) with 5+ years of experience

• Experience in GIS / Remote Sensing preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and analytical abilities
