Eligibility & Skills
- Strong command over all subjects (Nursery–Class 8)
- Strong teaching background.
- Post Graduate in English, Science or Math.
- Bachelor of Education.
- Proven teaching + academic leadership experience
- Deep understanding of NEP/NCF frameworks
- Exceptional editing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver within deadlines
Role Highlights:
- Lead content quality for Nursery to Class 8
- Ensure error-free, pedagogy-rich academic material
- Work with a dynamic team transforming school education
- Thorough review, editing, and validation of textbooks and all by-products
- Ensure zero-error content (grammar, concept, alignment, pedagogy)
- Align content with NEP, NCF, Bloom's Taxonomy & skill-based learning
- Supervise lesson plans, worksheets, question banks, exam papers, digital scripts
- Maintain uniformity in tone, structure, and pedagogy across grades
- Manage strict timelines aligned with Indian academic publishing cycles
- Guide and mentor content teams for continuous improvement
