Eligibility: -

Employees who are currently working as Branch Manager/ AMIC/Regional Admin Manager in the grade of Asst Manager II and above with a Minimum of 4 years of experience in the above Grades.

The candidate Should possess good communication skills in the local language. Proficiency in Computer, excel and Liaison skills required.

After the selection employees will not be posted in the Same region.

Job Description:

Collection of Interest from the customers by coordinating with the team at ground level.

Follow-up on Non-Performing Assets in the Cluster and Closing the Accounts in the Specified timeline.

Ensuring the Growth of Gold Weight Under Management every quarter.

Ensuring the Growth of the Customer base who are active throughout the cluster.

New Customer Acquisition on a daily basis by a rigorous follow-up with the team.

Ensuring the Loans are renewed every year on or before the due date.

Take over Gold loans from various sources by making use of the month-on-month activities.

Focusing on Resource Mobilization and the Cross-selling of other Products which are part of Business targets.
