Key Responsibilities

Deliver powerful and concept driven Chemistry coaching

Build strong fundamentals in Physical Organic and Inorganic Chemistry

Train students for accuracy speed and effective exam strategy

Design structured study plans practice modules and full syllabus mock tests

Analyse student performance and provide focused improvement guidance

Mentor students individually to help them achieve top ranks

Stay updated with latest syllabus changes and exam patterns

Ensure consistent academic excellence and measurable outcomes

Essential Skills

Strong command over all branches of Chemistry

Clear understanding of NEET, JEE and KCET exam standards

Ability to simplify complex reactions mechanisms and problem solving methods

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Strong commitment to results and academic excellence

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry

PhD in Chemistry is highly welcome

Experience in competitive exam coaching preferred
