What You'll Do
- Design challenging, rigorous chemistry problems across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and physical chemistry
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with logically sound reasoning that AI models can learn from
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and quality
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks and evaluation frameworks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level content
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models handle scientific reasoning
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and logical rigor
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI language models or scientific benchmarking
- Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
