We're hiring: Client Relationship & Technical Support Executive

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the go-to person for clients—solving queries around products, specs, and documentation like a pro
• Send out quotations, COAs, MSDS, and all the important stuff clients can't do without
• Spot opportunities, generate leads, and keep the inquiry pipeline buzzing
• Craft and share commercial offers—and add your touch to basic negotiations
• Own the order journey from confirmed to delivered (no loose ends!)
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, QC, and Production—because teamwork makes everything smoother
• Keep things moving with logistics/dispatch teams and ensure clients are always in the loop
• Turn customer complaints into solutions (and happy clients!)
• Keep records clean, updated, and audit-ready—because details matter
• Stay on top of compliance and documentation standards without breaking a sweat

What You Bring to the Table

A background in Chemistry / Pharmacy / Chemical Engineering (basically, you speak science fluently)

• COA & MSDS aren't just acronyms to you—you actually know your way around them
• You can talk to clients without sounding like a textbook (clear, confident, and approachable)
• Juggling multiple tasks and coordinating with different teams That's your everyday superpower
• You've got a basic grip on logistics & supply chain—so you know how things move, not just react

Experience: 1–3 years in Pharma/Chemical/Biotech
