About The Role
We're looking for chemistry experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. Your deep knowledge of chemistry will directly shape how AI reasons through complex scientific problems — making a real impact on the quality and reliability of cutting-edge AI systems.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for Master's-level chemists who want to apply their expertise in a high-impact, intellectually stimulating way.

What You'll Do
- Design advanced chemistry problems to rigorously test AI reasoning and performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, and physical chemistry
- Develop clear, step-by-step model solutions with precise, logical reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with research teams to refine and improve benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level chemistry topics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely in writing
- Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality, structured feedback
- No prior AI experience required — we'll set you up for success
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI language models or scientific benchmarking
- Background spanning multiple chemistry subdisciplines
