Chemistry Educator

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalized tutoring sessions focused on Chemistry for JEE Advanced aspirants.
• Develop, review, and refine complex Chemistry problems, solutions, and explanations for AI model training.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency in Chemistry-related data and AI outputs.
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated Chemistry content, debugging and correcting errors in AI reasoning.
• Collaborate with AI teams to enhance the AI's comprehension of Chemistry concepts and problem-solving methods.
• Create detailed, step-by-step explanations for challenging Chemistry topics.
• Stay updated with the latest JEE Advanced trends, syllabus changes, and exam strategies to keep content relevant.

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry.
• At least 1+ years of experience tutoring students in Chemistry.
• Prior experience in the EdTech sector is preferred.
• Deep understanding of JEE Main and Advanced exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
• Expertise across Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry topics relevant to JEE Advanced.
• Proven track record of helping students significantly improve their JEE Advanced scores.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Ability to work independently, manage schedules effectively, and customize lessons based on student needs.
