Chemistry Educator

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, personalized tutoring sessions focused on Chemistry for JEE Advanced preparation.
• Develop, review, and refine complex chemistry problems, solutions, and explanations to train AI systems.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency in chemistry-related data.
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated chemistry content, ensuring alignment with real-world principles.
• Debug and correct errors in AI-driven chemistry reasoning and outputs.
• Collaborate with AI teams to enhance the AI's understanding of Chemistry concepts and problem-solving techniques.
• Create detailed, step-by-step explanations for challenging Chemistry concepts and problems.
• Stay updated with the latest JEE Advanced syllabus changes, trends, and exam strategies to ensure content relevance.

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in Chemistry.
• Minimum of 1 year experience tutoring students.
• Prior experience in the EdTech sector with strong knowledge of JEE Main and Advanced exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
• Deep understanding of JEE Advanced Chemistry topics: Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry.
• Proven track record of helping students significantly improve their JEE Advanced scores.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Ability to work independently, manage schedules effectively, and tailor lessons to individual student needs.
