Key Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC) Testing: Conduct raw material testing, in-process samples, and finished goods testing using wet chemistry techniques (pH, titrations, LOD, KF).
Analytical Testing: Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab instruments such as HPLC, GC (Gas Chromatography), and UV-Spectrophotometer.
Batch Monitoring: Control plant batches during production to ensure they meet specification standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks, logs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and prepare product documents (COA/TDS).
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) norms and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
Product Development Support: Assist in RD or pilot plant trials for new product development
