Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chemist position based in Hyderabad. The Chemist will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, developing and optimizing chemical processes, and analyzing compounds for a variety of projects. The role involves ensuring adherence to quality standards, maintaining laboratory safety protocols, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organization goals. Applicants must demonstrate attention to detail, technical proficiency, and scientific acumen.

Desired Qualifications

• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, chemical synthesis, and organic or inorganic chemistry methods
• Experience with interpreting analytical results from tools such as HPLC, GC, NMR, and spectroscopy
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills
• Effective communication and report-writing capabilities, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Minimum 1-2 years experience working in research and development (organic chemistry lab) is required. Greater experience is an advantage
• Master's degree in Chemistry
