Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base in the chemical sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Expertise: Provide technical guidance on chemical products, applications, and industry standards to customers.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Order & Account Management: Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely follow-up for payments.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as production, logistics, and R&D to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Networking & Promotion: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and expand professional networks.
