Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chemical business - Head at one of our prestigious clients in the logistics industry for their chemical business in Chakan - Pune. The Head will oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the chemical business, including managing teams, developing business plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Chemical business management and operations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the chemical industry
- Financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles is a plus
