This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Strategy Officer based in Pune. The Chief Strategy Officer will oversee strategic planning, define and drive business growth initiatives, and collaborate with executive management to achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities include leading business planning, conducting financial analyses, and providing forward-looking insights to support long-term decision-making. The role involves working closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's mission and vision.

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, with the ability to devise and implement impactful growth strategies
• Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, market trends, and business insights to guide decision-making
• Solid background in Finance and Executive Management, with a proven ability to manage high-level operations and financial portfolios
• Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities to work seamlessly with diverse teams and executive stakeholders
• Educational qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), and MBA
• Prior experience in the legal or insurance sector is advantageous
