Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) located in Coimbatore. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, managing financial planning and analysis, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring the organization's financial health. Key responsibilities include leading the finance team, preparing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insights to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Acumen
• Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in financial tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably in retail or textile sectors
