Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chef position located in Mumbai. The Chef will be responsible for preparing culinary dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients, ensuring that health and safety standards are met in all food preparation tasks. Key responsibilities include menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen. The Chef will ensure a delightful dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Culinary Expertise: Demonstrated skills in food preparation, plating, and understanding of various cuisines vegetarian and non- vegetarian.
• Menu Planning & Food Presentation
• Team Management: Proven experience in supervising and directing kitchen staff effectively.
• Formal Training: Culinary degree/diploma or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a professional kitchen or office setting is an asset.
