Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Junior Corporate Chef. The Junior Corporate Chef will manage menu development, oversee food preparation, and ensure quality and consistency in the use of M M Poonjiaji's spice products. Responsibilities include creating innovative recipes, collaborating with product development teams, conducting cooking demonstrations, and providing culinary training to enhance product application in various cuisines. Additionally, they will support marketing efforts by showcasing the company's products through events and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in culinary arts, recipe development, and menu planning
  • Strong understanding of the use and application of spices in diverse cuisines
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for conducting cooking demonstrations and training sessions
  • Experience in collaborating on product development and using culinary creativity in food innovation
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
  • Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledge of traditional Indian spices and their applications is highly preferred.

CTC - 6 LPA - 8 LPA

6 days a week.

Monday - Saturday.
