We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and the ability to create delicious and innovative dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations including inventory control and food safety.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and food preparation.
  • Create new menu items and modify existing recipes as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff and apprentices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role (1-10 years of experience).
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively.
  • Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Certification in culinary arts or related field preferred.
