- Develop and execute new and innovative menu ideas
- Create and prepare dishes that meet customers needs and expectations
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement cost-saving measures
- Maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies
- Manage food waste and minimize food costs
- Ensure high quality of dishes served to customers
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef with 1-10 years of experience
- Familiarity with Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
