We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and assisting in the overall kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's menu.
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Assist in the creation and development of new recipes and menus.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
