We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and assisting in the overall kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's menu.
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Assist in the creation and development of new recipes and menus.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-10 years of experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
  • Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creativity in food presentation and flavor combinations.
  • Ability to handle kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
