Chef Nutrition-Led Wellness Program (Goa | Travel Required)

Regular travel to Hyderabad (10 days per month)
All travel, accommodation, and food expenses during travel are fully covered.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chef to work within a structured, nutrition-led wellness program. The role focuses on precise execution of prescribed meal plans, ensuring consistency, hygiene, and qualityboth at the base location and during travel.
This is a long-term opportunity suited for a disciplined professional who values structure, process, and outcome-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
1.Meal Preparation & Execution
- Prepare daily meals strictly aligned with prescribed nutrition plans
- Follow instructions with precision (ingredients, portions, cooking methods)
- Adapt meals as plans evolve (e.g., functional foods, specific grains, recovery-focused meals)
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion control
2.Cuisine & Food Style
- Majority of meals will be non-vegetarian
- Strong preference for South Indian cuisine
- Ability to prepare:
- North Indian dishes
- Continental basics
- Clean, performance-oriented meals
3.Hygiene & Professional Standards
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Demonstrate professionalism in a residential and travel-based work environment
- Strong attention to:
- Meal presentation
- Table setting
- Overall dining experience
4.Collaboration & Team Alignment
- Work closely with:
- Nutritionist Joline
- Coaching team at ThatLifestyleCoach (TLC)
- Follow structured systems to ensure accurate execution of nutrition plans
- Open to feedback, iteration, and process-driven workflows
Experience & Attributes (Preferred)
- Prior experience as:
- Wellness-focused chef, or
- Hotel chef with structured meal-planning exposure
- Calm, disciplined, discreet, and reliable
- Comfortable with frequent travel and long-term engagement
- Ability to work within clearly defined nutrition and wellness protocols
Language Requirements
- Hindi required
- English required
- Tamil / Telugu good to have
