Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef for an on-site, full-time position at our prestigious hotel in Jaipur. The Chef will lead the culinary team, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes. Responsibilities include menu planning, supervising meal preparation, maintaining kitchen safety and hygiene standards, managing inventory, and mentoring and training kitchen staff. The Chef will collaborate with management to innovate and enhance the dining experience to align with the Oberoi's reputation for excellence.

• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Training abilities
• Knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene Standards, and Inventory Control
• Creativity in Menu Planning, Understanding of Global Cuisine, and a Passion for Innovation
• Exceptional Time Management, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Relevant culinary certifications or qualifications from recognized institutions
• Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in luxury or fine dining establishments
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
