Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chef role based in Sholinganallur. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and managing kitchen operations. Responsibilities also include menu planning, monitoring inventory, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring consistent execution of recipes to uphold the company's standards.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills, including knowledge of food preparation, plating, and presentation.
- Menu planning and food cost management skills to ensure quality and profitability.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Proven experience in team leadership and coordinating kitchen staff during service hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and suppliers.
- Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
