Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled and passionate Home-Style Chef who specializes in preparing simple, hygienic, and flavorful daily meals. The ideal candidate should be experienced in cooking North Indian / South Indian home-style food and maintaining consistency in taste and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare fresh, home-style meals (veg & non-veg) on a daily basis
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Plan daily menus based on requirements and customer preferences
- Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order flow
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspace
Requirements:- Proven experience as a home-style cook/chef (cloud kitchen or tiffin service preferred)
- Expertise in Indian home-style cooking (North Indian / South Indian)
- Ability to cook in bulk without compromising quality
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in tiffin services, meal prep, or cloud kitchens
- Knowledge of calorie-conscious or healthy meal preparation is a plus
Salary & Benefits:- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
