Job SummaryHotel Sky 5 is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the hotel's menu and quality standards.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies when needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist in developing new recipes and menu items when required.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and minimize food waste.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar establishment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality (preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of relevant kitchen experience.
