Job Title: Chef

Location: Hotel Sky 5

Department: Kitchen / Food & Beverage

Reports To: Head Chef / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

Hotel Sky 5 is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the hotel's menu and quality standards.
  • Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
  • Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies when needed.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Assist in developing new recipes and menu items when required.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and minimize food waste.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar establishment.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality (preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant kitchen experience.
