Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Indian & Chinese Cuisine

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: 8 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) who specialises in Indian and Chinese cuisine to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for managing their section and delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Indian and Chinese kitchen section independently
  • Prepare and present dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portioning
  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
  • Coordinate with the head chef/sous chef for smooth kitchen operations
  • Ensure timely preparation during peak service hours

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Indian and Chinese cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, sauces, and preparation methods
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently
  • Good leadership and team handling skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
