Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Rudraksh Club & Resort in Ujjain. The Chef De Partie will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, supervising and guiding junior staff, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring that food safety regulations are strictly followed. The role will also involve monitoring stock levels, managing orders, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard and specialized knowledge in at least one cuisine
• Strong organizational and time management skills for managing kitchen workflow and delegating tasks
• Experience in food safety, sanitation, and maintaining hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Previous culinary experience in a professional kitchen is essential
• A culinary diploma or certification is preferred but not mandatory
• A positive attitude and passion for the culinary arts
