We're looking for a passionate and skilledChef de Partie Patisserieto join our kitchen brigade and help us raise the bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the patisserie section
  • Prepare and plate a wide range of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
  • Ensure consistency in presentation, flavour, and portioning
  • Assist in the creation of new seasonal menus and development of signature desserts
  • Supervise and guide junior team members and interns
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen discipline as per HACCP standards
  • Manage inventory and ordering of pastry-specific ingredients
  • Ensure mise en place is complete before service

Requirements
  • Formal culinary education or pastry diploma (preferred but not mandatory if highly skilled)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end caf, patisserie, or fine dining restaurant
  • Strong foundation in French pastry techniques: mousses, tarts, entremets, laminated doughs, meringues, glazes, etc.
  • Knowledge of baking, fermentation, and dessert plating
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with leadership skills and a positive attitude
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning
