Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie - Pastry at our Bengaluru location. The Chef De Partie - Pastry will oversee the preparation and production of high-quality pastries and desserts, following established recipes and presentation standards. Responsibilities include ensuring hygiene and safety compliance in the kitchen, assisting in menu innovation, managing inventory and supplies, and training junior kitchen staff to maintain Theobroma's standards of excellence.
