Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chef de Partie specializing in Pastry and Bakery, located in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and bakery items using innovative recipes while maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities include overseeing the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness, managing and training junior staff, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards.
