Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Chennai. The Chef De Partie will be tasked with preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development, and managing inventory of kitchen supplies. The role also entails training and supervising junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Proficiency in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills to train and manage junior kitchen staff.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in a professional kitchen or a similar role preferred.
  • Culinary certification or degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
