Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie specializing in Bakery at Clarks Exotica Convention Resort & Spa, located in Bengaluru. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for daily bakery operations, preparing and baking various bakery items, maintaining quality and consistency in production, ensuring hygiene standards, and managing inventory. The role also involves assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, training junior staff, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Qualifications
  • Experience in bakery operations, including preparation, baking, and presentation of bakery items
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety regulations
  • Skills in managing inventory and ensuring quality control
  • Ability to assist in menu planning and train junior staff
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Culinary education or certification in Bakery and Patisserie is preferred
  • Previous experience in a high-end hotel or resort is a plus
